This the second ship to carry the name HMS Fencer was a
patrol vessel and training boat. Built by Fairey Marine, launched 1983. After being used for patrol duty was allocated as University Royal Naval Unit (UNRU) for Southampton University. Sold Nov-1991 to Lebanon. Left Portsmouth 24-Aug-1992 by ship, renamed Saida 1993.
