HMS Escort (1801) (2nd)

This the second ship to carry the name HMS Escort was a
12-gun, gun-brig. Built by Perry of Blackwall, launched 01-Apr-1801, 80ft long, 22ft 6in wide and of 184 tons builders measurement. Armed with 10 x 18pdr carronades and 2 x 6pdr guns. Transferred to Customs Service Aug-1815.
